We can design a unique, individual cake of your dreams incorporating your color scheme, ideas and other design requirements. Yes, we do make cupcake wedding cakes also.  We have a special stand on which they   are displayed that is often trimmed with a ribbon in a color that matches the wedding   colors.  Often a bride will request a small cake on the top level of the cupcake stand.   This tier is used for pictures in the ceremonial cutting of the cake.   How are your cakes different from a supermarket bakeries? All of our cakes are made to order so they are as fresh as possible using the highest quality ingredients.  In many supermarkets, the cakes are shipped in frozen.  These cakes are often thawed and refrozen several times before the customer ever gets it.  I also use the best quality ingredients and offer flavors you will not find in a supermarket bakery.  Our cake are not mass produced.  I make a limited number of cakes each week to ensure the best quality.   I like one of your designs. Is it possible to vary the shape and color? Absolutely. We can vary the shape or color as you wish. We will need to work together to create the perfect cake for you.   Would I need coffee or dessert size portions? If you are planning to serve your cake in conjunction with other desserts, you will need coffee size portions. Otherwise, you will need dessert size portions for serving your cake as your main dessert. The coffee size portion is half of the dessert.   On a multi-tiered cake can each tier be a different flavor? Absolutely. You can have any of our flavors per tier. Some flavors do incur additional cost.   How long in advance should I order my cake? Normally 1-2 weeks is a typical lead time. This time may vary during busy periods, especially during wedding season or the holidays. Short notice events can usually be accommodated. For your piece of mind we advise to book early.  We do also stock generic event cakes in our store-front cooler in a range of sizes and flavors for your convenience.   We have guests that are allergic to nuts. Do your cakes come in nut free? Absolutely. We do make nut free cakes made from organic certified ingredients. Please consider that the price of your cake may vary due to the fact that these type of ingredients are priced higher.
